Exides is a company dedicated to the development of software applications and we consider quality as one of the requirements of our production process.

At Exides we understand that we must advise our customers by providing the necessary help to design software that adapts to the smallest detail to the existing process and the real needs of the customer, making a quick and simple implementation with the least possible impact, thus achieving an optimal final product.

To this end, Exides is committed to complying with customer requirements, applicable laws and regulations.

The Exides Management is committed to:

  • The implementation of this policy by communicating it to all company personnel.
  • The setting and review of objectives, through the annual management review process.
  • Implement the concept of continuous improvement of efficiency in our Quality Management System at all levels of the company, providing:
    • Professional, capable and specialised work teams.
    • Sufficient and adequate infrastructure and material resources.
    • Constant and appropriate training for all company staff.

This Policy is periodically reviewed to adapt it to the purposes and context of our organisation, is available to interested parties, and is the fundamental pillar on which the company's quality objectives and the lines of action for achieving them are based, taking into account the scope of our management system, which is "Development of commercial and technical computer applications, related to the information and communications technology environment".

POLÍTICA DE SEGURIDAD

The objective of information security is to ensure the continuation of EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACIÓN Y DESARROLLO, S.L. business and to minimise risks by preventing security incidents and reducing their potential impact.

The objective of this policy is to secure the organisation's information assets against accidental or deliberate threats, both internal and external.

In order to estimate the risks associated with the assets, regular meetings will be held to study the impact that the entity may suffer on the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its assets, and the probability that these risks may occur.

Management, through the development and implementation of the Information Security Management System, shall ensure that:

  • The information is protected from unwanted access.
  • The integrity of information is maintained.
  • Confidentiality of information is mandatory.
  • The availability of information will meet business requirements.
  • Legal requirements are complied with, in particular with regard to the protection of personal data.
  • Business continuity plans will be developed, maintained and tested.
  • Employees shall be trained to be aware of their roles and obligations with regard to information security.
  • Security incidents will be mandatorily reported and subsequently evaluated.
  • The ISMS will be reviewed and in particular this security policy in order to keep it continuously updated and adequate to continuously changing needs.

All personnel from EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACIÓN Y DESARROLLO, S.L. must comply with the guidelines, rules and procedures that form part of this Security Policy and the ISMS Manual, and as a consequence will assume the duty to collaborate with this organisation in the interest of ensuring that no alterations or violations of these rules occur.

EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACIÓN Y DESARROLLO, S.L. shall be entitled in case of alleged commission, complete or incomplete, of any of the crimes or misdemeanours typified by the Criminal Code in force, or in case of observing any conduct that in the opinion of EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACIÓN Y DESARROLLO, S.L. are contrary to this policy, the Law, the established rules, or may disturb its proper functioning, image, credibility and/or prestige, to the claim for damages of any nature that EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACIÓN Y DESARROLLO, S.L. may suffer, on the occasion of or as a result of the breach of any of the obligations set out above in relation to the scope identified in the ISMS.
