minimise risks by preventing security incidents and reducing their potential impact.<\/p><p>The objective of this policy is to secure the organisation's information assets against accidental or deliberate threats, both internal and external.<\/p><p>In order to estimate the risks associated with the assets, regular meetings will be held to study the impact that the entity may suffer on the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its assets, and the probability that these risks may occur.<\/p><p>Management, through the development and implementation of the Information Security Management System, shall ensure that:<\/p><ul><li><strong>The information is protected from unwanted access.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>The integrity of information is maintained.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Confidentiality of information is mandatory.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>The availability of information will meet business requirements.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Legal requirements are complied with, in particular with regard to the protection of personal data.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Business continuity plans will be developed, maintained and tested.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Employees shall be trained to be aware of their roles and obligations with regard to information security.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Security incidents will be mandatorily reported and subsequently evaluated.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>The ISMS will be reviewed and in particular this security policy in order to keep it continuously updated and adequate to continuously changing needs.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>All personnel  from EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N Y DESARROLLO, S.L. must comply with the guidelines, rules and procedures that form part of this Security Policy and the ISMS Manual, and as a consequence will assume the duty to collaborate with this organisation in the interest of ensuring that no alterations or violations of these rules occur.<\/p><p>EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N Y DESARROLLO, S.L. shall be entitled in case of alleged commission, complete or incomplete, of any of the crimes or misdemeanours typified by the Criminal Code in force, or in case of observing any conduct that in the opinion of EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N Y DESARROLLO, S.L. are contrary to this policy, the Law, the established rules, or may disturb its proper functioning, image, credibility and\/or prestige, to the claim for damages of any nature that EXCELENCIA EN IMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N Y DESARROLLO, S.L. may suffer, on the occasion of or as a result of the breach of any of the obligations set out above in relation to the scope identified in the ISMS.<\/p><p>In
